A Nutty Solution to an Un-pallet-able Problem

Plastics aren’t the only problematic waste stream. While wooden pallets aren’t as environmentally nasty, we’d still rather keep those trees in the ground for oxygen, habitat, and beauty! The folks at CocoPallet are trying to cut down on the approximately 200 million trees toppled annually to produce single-use (gah!) pallets for Asian exporters. Their alternative is made entirely from coconut waste from other industries that would otherwise not be used. Good on ya! Certified R.A.D.
