Despite threatening for two years now, the US has yet to withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement. So no matter your stance, it behooves you to know what happened at the most recent COP24 climate summit in Katowice, Poland. Of particular note, attendees established the technical ‘rulebook’ for measuring and reporting emissions and reductions. This is key to holding members to their climate commitments from Paris for 2020 and beyond.
